Selection Process For IDBI Bank Executive & Asst. Manager Exam 2022:
Executive: The selection process shall comprise an Online Test (OT), Document Verification (DV), and Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT)
Assistant Manager – The selection process shall comprise OT, DV, Personal Interview(PI), and PRMT.

1. Logical Reasoning, Data Analysis & Interpretation –
No. of Questions: 60, Maximum Marks 60
2. English Language –
No. of Questions: 40, Maximum Marks: 40
3. Quantitative Aptitude –

4. General/Economy/Banking Awareness/ Computer/IT –

Duration of Exam – Composite time of 2 hours.
Details of Exam Pattern:
1. The language of the Test will be available in English & Hindi.
2. Candidates have to qualify in each of the four tests, by securing cut-off marks as decided by the Bank.
3. For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate, one fourth or 0.25 of the marks.
4. Candidates qualifying in Online Test will form the pool of shortlisted candidates and will be eligible for the further selection process.
