1. M.Tech in Bio-informatics
Candidates with B.E./B.Tech. in Bio-Informatics I Biotechnology/ CE/ B.Pharm or M.Sc. In Physics/Chemistry Mathematics/ BioSciences.
2. M.Tech in Bio-Technology
Candidates with B.E/B.Tech in Biotechnology/Nanotechnology/Chemical Technology/Material science & Technology/Biomedical Engineering/ B.Pharm/or equivalent. Minimum 55% marks or equivalent CGPA from any recognized University.
3. M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering
Candidates with B.E/B.Tech in CSE/IT or M.Sc. in Computer Science/Computer Applications/Mathematics (with Mathematics, Computer Science Specialization), MCA (with BCA or B.Sc. with Mathematics compulsory and any others from Statistics, Physics, Electronics or Computer Science).
4. M.Tech in Information Technology
Candidates with B.E/B.Tech in CSE/IT or M.Sc. in Computer Science/Computer Applications/Mathematics (with Mathematics, Computer Science Specialization), MCA (with BCA or B.Sc. with Mathematics compulsory and any others from Statistics, Physics, Electronics or Computer Science).
5. M.Tech in Microelectronics & VLSI Technologies
Candidates with B.E./B.Tech in ECE or M.sc. in Electronics/Physics (with Electronics special) or equivalent or B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering or M.Sc. in Computer or equivalent.
6. M.Tech in Software Engineering
Candidates with B.E/B.Tech in CSE/IT or M.Sc. in Computer Science/Computer Applications/Mathematics (with Mathematics, Computer Science Specialization), MCA (with BCA or B.Sc. with Mathematics compulsory and any others from Statistics, Physics, Electronics or Computer Science).
7. M.Tech in Industrial Engineering and Management
Candidates with B.E./B.Tech. in any branch of Engineering/Technology or equivalent.
8. M.Tech in Computer Science – Information Security
Candidates with B.E/B.Tech in CSE/IT or M.Sc. in Computer Science/Computer Applications/Mathematics (with Mathematics, Computer Science Specialization), MCA (with BCA or B.Sc. with Mathematics compulsory and any others from Statistics, Physics, Electronics or Computer Science).
9. M.Tech in Nanobiotechnology (Specialization in Nonmaterial/Bioinformatics and Computational Biology/Nanochemistry/Nanomedicines.)
Candidates with B.Tech in Biotechnology/Nanotechnology/Chemical Technology/ Material science & Technology/Biomedical Engineering/ B.Pharm/ or equivalent.
9. B.Tech in Information Technology
As per WbJEE norms.
Admission Fee: Candidates should have to pay an admission fee of Rs. 32,700/- for M.Tech Programmes and Rs. 33,500/- for B.Tech Programmes.

1. All original mark sheets and certificates with self-attested photocopies.
2. Caste/ PH Certificate if applicable
3. Passport size photographs (four copies).
