WBUHS PG Homeopathy Counselling Procedure 2017
STEP 1. Registration: Eligible candidate should register himself/herself by providing correct Personal & Academic details. Candidate should register only once using his/her AIAPGET (or Equivalent Examination) Registration Number, Full Name and Father’s name as on AIAPGET Admit Card. After successful registration candidate must take two print out copies of their filled up registration form.
STEP 2. Verification: After registration, the candidate should report to the office of The West Bengal University of Health Sciences, DD-36, Sector-I, Salt Lake, Kolkata-700064 as per date and time mentioned in their registration form and according to the published schedule. S/he is to submit the printout (two copies) of their filled up registration form along with all supporting original documents for verification of their
candidature.
Following documents should bring at the time of verification.
1. Proof of Date of birth
2. BHMS examination passed certificate
3. Internship Completion Certificate
4. Reservation Certificate(if applicable)
5. Non-creamy layer certificate(if applicable)
6. P C certificate(orthopedic disability of lower limb only is allowed )
7. Entrance Test Admit Card
8. Entrance Result Card
9. Photo ID proof
10.Any other relevant Certificate.
Merit List: Merit list will be prepared on basis of the result provided by the competent authority and the data submission by the candidate at the time of registration. Candidates are requested to keep an eye on University’s Online Notice Board for the Merit List Publishing Updates and Check whether their name published in the Merit List or not.
STEP 3. Pay Application Fee: If a candidates name appears in Merit List, he/she is considered to be eligible for counselling subject to make payment their Counselling Fee of amount Rs.3000/- to confirm their participation in counselling. Without submission of Counselling fees, the candidate will not be allowed to move further steps of the counselling.
STEP 4. One Time Choice Filling: Successfully registered candidates can fill choice online for available seats as per rank, category and State of passing BHMS degree course. Candidates will lock choice within a scheduled date or it will be locked by the system at the end of scheduled date & time. One candidate may apply for multiple choices on a priority basis.
STEP 5. Seat Allotment: Locked choices will be processed for seat allotment and allowed candidates can generate On-line offer letter.
STEP 6. Offer Letter: If candidates name appears in the published Seat Allotment, he/she is considered to be eligible to get admission into college. He/She will take print out of Offer Letter for the selected subject institute to attend college for admission.
STEP 7. Reporting to the allotted Institution: If a candidates name appears in the published Seat Allotment, he/she should report to the concerned institution for admission. During admission, the candidates will have to show the documents and submit the copies of the document which are mentioned above (in verification step) along with Offer Letter and requisite fees.
