WBJEEB Decentralized Counselling Date 2017: West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has recently declared a Decentralized Counselling notification which issued by the Department of Higher Education Science & Technology and biotechnology, Govt. of W.B. West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board will conduct de-centralized counselling for admission into Degree level Engineering & Technology courses in the eight (8) Govt. Colleges of W.B. in the seats remaining vacant after three rounds of e-counselling 2017. STEP 1. At first, candidates should go http://www.wbjeeb.in
STEP 2. West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board home page will appear on screen
STEP 3. Follow the Important Links box which is present left side of the home page
STEP 4. Click on Decentralized Counselling – 2017
STEP 5. After that, click on Decentralized Counselling guidelines of eight Govt. Engineering / Technology Colleges – 2017
STEP 6. WBJEEB Decentralized Counselling Schedule 2017 will appear on screen
STEP 7. For download counselling details candidates should click on Download button
STEP 8. Save the file & take a print out of the same for further reference.

Date of Registration and Fee Payment: 16th to 21st August 2017 (upto 5.00 p.m.)
Date of Counselling: 23rd to 25th August 2017
Schedule: Rank-wise (GMR) time slot will be published on the Board’s website on 21/08/17 at 7.00 p.m. onwards.

Documents Needed for WBJEEB Decentralized Counselling 2017
Candidates must bring their original certificates along with attested/self-attested copies in support of their:
1. Registration form of the decentralized counselling
2. Rank card of WBJEE-2017
3. Two copies of recent passport size colour photograph
4. Admit card/ certificate of 10th standard or birth certificate for verification of age.
5. Mark sheet of 12th standard
6. If applicable, SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B/PWD certificate
7. Domicile Certificate
8. Provisional Admission letter issued at the RC
Admission Fee: The candidates should have to carry Rs. 6000/- in cash to pay the admission fee, if selected. No other mode of payment will be accepted.

Instruction / Guidelines for WBJEEB Decentralized Counselling Date & Process 2017
1. Candidates have to register online through the link at http://www.wbjeeb.in, provided the
necessary information, and pay Rs. 500/- as registration fee by debit card/credit
card/net banking and download the registration form.
2. Candidates must report at the counselling venue on the specific date before the reporting time slot stipulated for her/him. Candidates reporting late will not be
considered under any circumstances.
3. Candidates need to carry with them the documents and their self-attested copies as listed above.
4. Candidates have to also carry Rs. 6000/- in cash to immediately pay the admission fee if selected.
5. Candidates will be called for counselling in the sequence of their GMR.
6. On successful verification of documents, the candidate will be allotted a seat according to his/her order of choice/ preference and availability of the seat at that instant. For more information refer official notification.
