UPESEAT Exam Date 2018 – UPESEAT Application Form, Exam Pattern & Syllabus: University of Petroleum & Energy Studies (UPES) has conducted a University of Petroleum & Energy Studies Engineering Aptitude Test 2018 (UPESEAT-2018) which will be held in Online and Offline mode. The UPESEAT-2018 will be held for B.Tech admission. The admission of the candidate will now be done on the basis of their performance in UPESEAT 2018. 80% seats are reserved for candidates who apply for admission through UPESEAT 2018 and 20% seats shall be filled through JEE/ Board Merit. Interested & eligible candidates will be required to fill & submit the application form of UPESEAT-2018 along with the application fees through online www.upes.ac.in on or before 25th April 2018.
UPESEAT Application Form 2018 – UPES Engineering Aptitude Test 2018
UPESEAT 2018 will be held in offline mode on 5th May 2018 (9:30 am to 12:30 pm) and in online mode on 12th May 2018 (9:30 am to 12:30 pm). About UPESEAT 2018
Established in 2003 through UPES Act, 2003 of the State Legislature of Uttarakhand, UPES is an UGC recognized and NAAC accredited University. UPES offers specialized B.Tech, BBA, B.A, B.Des, LL.B courses at undergraduate level and M.Tech, MBA, M.A, LLM programs at post-graduate level. UPESEAT Exam Centres 2018
UPESEAT 2018 shall be held at 41 exam centres. 5 new test centres have been added for UPESEAT 2018 – Bariely, Gorakhpur, Gwalior, Karnal and Meerut. Candidates will have to visit the test centres of UPESEAT 2018 on the day of the exam at the specified date & time.
UPESEAT Eligibility Criteria 2018 – UPESEAT Entrance Exam
Candidates are required to check the Eligibility Criteria of UPESEAT 2018 before applying for the exam. The eligibility criteria of UPESEAT 2018 will be based on three factors.
On the basis of UPESEAT Entrance Exam
> Candidates must have secured minimum 60% marks in their Higher & Senior Secondary level (10th & 12th).
> Candidates are also required to have secured minimum 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, & Mathematics at Senior Secondary level (12th).
On the basis of Board Merit
> Candidates are required to have minimum 80% marks in their Higher & Senior Secondary level (10th & 12th).
> Candidates are also required to have secured minimum 80% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics at Senior Secondary level (12th).
On the basis of JEE Main Merit
> Candidates are required to have minimum 60% marks in their Higher & Senior Secondary level (10th & 12th).
> Candidates are also required to have secured minimum 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics at Senior Secondary level (12th). They also need to qualify JEE Main.
Admission Criteria of UPESEAT 2018
> According to the admission criteria of UPESEAT 2018, candidates will have to take up the entrance exam of UPESEAT 2018, after checking the eligibility.
> A centralized counselling will be conducted for admission through merit ranking of board exam and JEE Main results.
> Candidates whose date of birth falls on or after October 1, 1996 are eligible to apply for admission. The date of birth as mentioned in the Secondary Education Board records will be considered as authentic.
UPESEAT 2018 Application Fee
Applicants should have to pay application fee of Rs.1850/- though online or offline through Demand Draft has drawn in faovor of ‘UPES Fee Account‘, payable at Dehradun/ Delhi. Candidates can also buy the application form of UPESEAT 2018 by paying Rs.1850/- in cash at admission counters located in cities of Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Cochin, Coimbatore, Delhi, Dehradun, Vishakhapatnam, Kolkata, Mumbai, Dhanbad and Patna.

The UPESEAT 2018 Application Form will be available online at the official website www.upes.ac.in. The UPESEAT Application Form 2018 will also be available in offline mode. UPESEAT Exam Syllabus 2018
The UPESEAT Exam Syllabus 2018 will have the same syllabus as that of class XI & II of CBSE board for Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. There will be 50 questions each in Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry section, 30 questions in English Language Comprehension section & 20 questions in Current Affairs Awareness section.
UPESEAT Admit Card 2018
The Admit Card of UPESEAT 2018 will be available on the official website of UPES i.e. www.upes.ac.in before two or three weeks from the exam date. Candidates whose applications are successfully submitted will be able to download the UPESEAT Admit Card 2018 by entering application number and date of birth details from 30.04.2018. The UPESEAT Admit Card will contain the candidate’s name, address, application no. Exam date, time & venue & other exam details. So it is mandatory for candidates to carry their admit card to the examination center.
UPESEAT Exam Result 2018
UPESEAT Exam Result 2018 will be declared in the fourth week of May tentatively in online mode. Eligible candidates can check and download their UPESEAT Result 2018 by entering their application number, roll number and registered mobile number. UPESEAT result 2018 will display the overall and category wise ranks and aggregate and section wise marks of the candidates who appeared in the entrance exam.
UPESEAT Counselling 2018
The counselling of UPESEAT 2018 will be the last step of admission to the undergraduate engineering programmes offers by UPES. The UPESEAT 2018 counselling will be a centralized counselling based on JEE Main, Class XII board and UPESEAT entrance exam merit.
