West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has released a another new scheme Sneher Paras Prakalpa because due to Corona Virus (Covid-19) the the Country in under Complete Lock Down from 24.03.2020 so many workers of West Bengal who worked in different state of India are faced many problems in livelihood. The West Bengal Govt decided to help these people with some financial assistance.
