SNAP Exam Date 2017 – Application Form, Exam Dates & Exam Pattern: Symbiosis National Aptitude Test or SNAP is a common entrance examination for admission to Post Graduate Management/ MBA programmes at the 15 institutes that fall under Symbiosis International University (SIU). SNAP 2017 Registration has been started now. The SNAP is a University level examination regulated by Symbiosis University. This exam is mandatory for those aspirants seeking admission in management courses (MBA) offered by associated institutions of Symbiosis International University. SNAP Exam 2017 will be conducted on 17th December, 2017 across 32 cities for admission to Symbiosis MBA programmes 2017-19. Candidates can register for this exam till 24th November. Eligibility Criteria For SNAP Exam 2017
Qualification: 1. Candidates must have cleared graduation from any statutory/ recognized University or institutions by securing minimum of 50% marks (for general candidates) and 45% (for SC/ST candidates).
2. If candidates have passed their qualifying exam from Foreign University, they must obtain an equivalence certificate from the AIU.
3. Foreign National (FN), Person of Indian Origin (PIO), Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) and Non-Resident Indian (NRI) candidates are also eligible to apply.
4. The candidates who have completed their qualifying degree from any foreign University or the institution must obtain the equivalent certificate from the AIU.
SNAP 2017 Application Form:
Eligible candidates can register for this SNAP exam from 10.08.2017 to 24.11.2017 through online www.snaptest.org. For more details about SNAP Exam 2017 refer official notification.
Registration Fee:
The registration fee will be Rs. 2065/- (this include Rs.1750 as SNAP Test fee and Rs. 315/- as GST @ 18%). Candidates can pay the registration fee via credit card and net banking or by cash through the bank challan of Axis Bank or Indian Bank or Demand Draft from any nationalized Bank in favour of Symbiosis Test Secretariat payable at Pune.
Reservation of Seats:
According to the UGC guidelines/ regulations, the reservation criteria will be 15% for SC candidates, 7.5% for ST candidates, 3% for Differently Abled, and 15% for International Candidates.
SNAP 2017 Exam Pattern
> SNAP 2017 is a pen-paper based objective test of 120 minutes.
> The question paper will contain total 150 objective type questions.
> Each correct response will carry 1 mark.
> Each incorrect response will lead to 25% negative marks.
SNAP 2017 Exam Pattern – Subject wise Marks
1. General English: Reading Comprehension, Verbal Reasoning, Verbal Ability: 40 Marks
2. Quantitative, Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency: 40 Marks
3. Current Affairs (of last 2 years): 30 Marks
4. Analytical & Logical Reasoning: 40 Marks
SNAP 2017 Admit Card
SNAP 2017 Admit Card will be issued from 1st December 2017. Admit card will be available till exam date. Candidates can download SNAP Admit Card 2017 from official website i.e. www.snaptest.org. Candidates can download SNAP 2017 Admit Card by entering Registration ID/application No and Date of Birth/Password details. It is compulsory to bring admit card along with photo identity proof at the time of the SNAP Exam.
SNAP Exam Result 2017
The SNAP exam result 2017 will declare on 28th December 2017. Candidates can check their SNAP Exam Result 2017 from official website i.e. www.snaptest.org. After result declaration, candidates will be shortlisted for Group Exercise, Personal Interaction, and Writing Ability Test on the basis of SNAP Score.
