1. Madhyamik / 10th Exam Admit Card
2. Registration Certificate of R.B.U.
3. Caste Certificate (as and where applicable)
4. Coloured passport sized photograph
5. Marksheet / Grade Card of 12th Exam.
6. University Identity Card.
