Educational Qualification:
Candidates should have passed minimum General Nursing-cum-Midwifery ( GNM ) course & Registered as General Nurse & Midwife ( GNM ) from recognized institution / minimum ANM / Female Health Worker course & working experience as ANM / MBBS / BAMS / BHMS / MBA / PGDM & 3 years experience in programme management, working knowledge of computer, managerial experience in health institution/organization.
Age Limit & Relaxation:
Candidates age limit up to 65 years for Human Resource Consultant post & between 18 to 65 years. The upper age limit & relaxation as per Govt. norms.
Scale of Pay:
Eligible & selected candidates receive their consolidated remuneration of Rs. 20,200/- per month / Rs. 250/- per day ( when hotel is not used ) / Rs. 350/- ( when hotel is used ) / Rs. 12,700/- per month / Rs. 38,000/- per month / Rs. 300/- per day ( when hotel is not used ) / Rs. 400/- ( when hotel is used within State ) / Rs. 500/- ( when hotel is used outside State ) / Rs. 31,600/- per month / Rs. 30,000/- per month / Rs. 23,000/- per month / Rs. 8,800/- per month / Rs. 25,000/- per month / Rs. 20,000/- per month / Rs. 15,000/- per month.
Selection Process:
