Eligibility Criteria For Indian Air Force Barrackpore Recruitment Rally 2019
Educational Qualification:
The candidate should have passed Intermediate / 10+2 / Class XII or Equivalent Examination in any stream/subjects approved by Central / State Education Boards with minimum 50% marks in aggregate in English in Class XII or equivalent examination.
Medical Standards:
Chest: Minimum range of expansion: 5 cm.
Weight: Proportionate to height and age.
Corneal Surgery (PRK/LASIK) shall not be acceptable.
Hearing: Candidate should have normal hearing i.e. able to hear forced whisper from a distance of 6 meters with each ear separately.
Dental: Should have healthy gums, good set of teeth and minimum 14 dental points.
Health:Â Candidate should be of normal anatomy without loss of any appendages. He should be free from any active or latent, acute or chronic, medical or surgical disability or infection and skin ailments. Candidate must be physically and mentally FIT to perform duty in any part of the world, in any climate and terrain.

Age Limit:
The candidate born between 19.01.2019 and 01.01.2003 (both days inclusive) are eligible to appear in the Recruitment Rally.
Pay & Allowances:
During training, Airmen will be paid a stipend of Rs.14,600/- per month. On completion of training the starting gross emoluments at minimum of pay scale including Military Service Pay (MSP) will be paid Rs.26,900/- per month with Dearness Allowance as applicable. Besides TA, CPMA, LRA, HRA etc. will be also admissible.
How To Apply Indian Air Force Recruitment Rally:
Interested unmarried male candidates for appear in Recruitment Rally as Airmen between 26 February 2019 to 03 March 2019. The Recruitment Rally will be held at 4 ASC (Near Palta Gate), Air Force Station Barrackpore, 24 Parganas (North), West Bengal.
Candidates should bring required Writing Materials & Documents appear in Rally:
(i) HB Pencil, Eraser, Sharpener, Gum tube, Stapler and Black/Blue Ball Point Pen for writing.
(ii) Seven (7) un-attested recent (taken not before January 2019) passport size colour photographs (front portrait in light background without head gear except for Sikhs). The photograph is to be taken with candidate holding a black slate in front of his chest with his Name and Date of Photograph taken, clearly written on it with white chalk in capital letters.
(iii) Original and four self-attested photocopies of Matriculation Passing Certificate (required for Date of Birth verification)
(iv) Original and four self-attested photocopies of Intermediate/10+2/ Equivalent Examination Passing Certificate and Marks Sheet.

Selection Procedure:
Selection process will be through Physical Fitness Test (PFT), Written Test, Medical Examination.
