ESI WB GNM Admission 2017 – Application Form & Merit List: Nursing Training Institute under ESI (MB), West Bengal has released a notification for an Admission in 3 years General Nursing & Midwifery Training course for the session 2017 to 2020. ESI West Bengal G.N.M Application Form 2017 & West Bengal ESI General Nursing & Midwifery Merit List 2017 is available on official website www.esiwb.gov.in. Eligible candidates can apply in prescribed format. Eligibility Criteria for ESIWB GNM Admission 2017
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have passed Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) from WBCHSE or equivalent examination from any recognized Institute/Board. Candidates must be a citizen of India and a permanent resident of West Bengal. Candidates must be able to read, write and express themselves in Bengali and English.
Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 01.01.1990 to 01.01.2000.
Selection Process: Selection process will be based on total marks obtained (in Higher Secondary Examination or equivalent) in two languages out of which English must be one and best of three subjects.
Application Fee: Candidates should have to pay Rs. 300/- for Information Brochure & Application Form. The Brochure will be available for deposition of the said amount in specified banks, through Deposit Slips supplied from the above centres from Monday to Friday 11 am to 4 pm (except Holidays) from 03.07.2017.
Reservation of Seats: The seat reservation will be 22% for SC candidates, 6% for ST candidates, 10% for OBC A candidates, 7% for OBC B candidates and for Dependent Daughter of Insured Person, 2 seats are reserved for both the Training school.

3. Office of the Director, ESI (MB) Scheme, P-233 CIT Scheme, VII-M, Bagmari Rooad, Kol 54.
After collecting the application form, candidates may submit the duly filled application form along with self-attested photocopies of all relevant documents by hand in the specified box placed on the 2nd floor of – The Director’s Office, P-233, CIT Scheme, VII-M, Bagmari Road, Kolkata-54. The Application may also be deposited by hand in the specified box placed in the office of – The Principal, Nurses’s Hospital Centre, E.S.I Hospital Manicktala, 93 Bagmari Road, Kolkata – 54. 2 (two) Copy Self attested photocopies mentioning that the candidates reside there permanently or at least period of last five (5) years till date is required to submit at the time of submission of application forms. Income certificate issued from (BDO / MP / MLA / Sabhapati of Panchayat Samiti / Sabhadhipati of Zilla Parishad / Chairman of Municipality / The Mayor / Councilor of a Municipal Corporation).
