SBI 8134 Clerk Exam Syllabus & Pattern: State Bank of India (SBI) has released a notification for SBI Clerk 2020 Syllabus. SBI Clerk Exam Syllabus & Pattern 2020 – 8134 Vacancies

SBI Clerk Selection Procedure:
The selection process will consist of On-line Test (Preliminary & Main Examination) and test of specified opted local language.

A. Phase-I: Preliminary Examination (Online)

SBI 8134 Clerk Syllabus 2020 – Preliminary Examination:

i) English Language:- Vocabulary – Antonyms and Synonyms, Sentence Completion, Basic English Grammar – Tenses, Articles, Prepositions, Subject-Verb Agreement, Parts of Speech, Reading Comprehension, Error Spotting, Cloze Test, Sentence Rearrangement or Para Jumbles, Phrases and Idioms, Fill in the Blanks, Spell Check.
ii) Numerical Ability:- Simplification, Number Series, Quadratic Equations, Probability, Average, Time and work, Time, Speed and Distance, Average, Percentage, Profit and Loss, Simple and Compound Interest, Ratio and proportion, Number System, Surds and Indices, Boats and Streams, Permutation and Combination, Mensuration, Mixtures and Allegations, Pipes and Cisterns, Data Interpretation – Tables, Pie Charts, Bar Graphs, Line Graphs, etc.
iii) Reasoning Ability:- Syllogism, Data Sufficiency, Statement and Argument, Statement and Assumption, Assertion and Reasoning, Circular and Linear Sitting Arrangements, Puzzle, Blood Relations, Coding and Decoding, Directions and Distance, Order and Ranking, Coded Inequalities, Series, Analogy, Classification.

B. Phase-II: Main Examination: (Online Objective Type)
Maximum Marks: 200
No. Of Questions: 190
Exam Time Duration: 2 hrs 40 mins

Sports, Technology, Books and Authors, Awards, National and International Events, Defence, Summits, etc., History, Geography, Culture, Indian Constitution, Economics News,  Financial Awareness (Railway Budget, Union Budget, etc.), Banking Awareness – History, RBI Guidelines, Banking Terms, Abbreviations, etc.
