Eligibility Criteria for Bankura SDO Office ASHA Recruitment 2020
Age Limit & Relaxation:
Candidates age limit should be between 30 to 40 years as on 01.01.2020. In the case of SC & ST candidates, the lower age limit may be relaxed to 22 years.
Educational Qualification:
Applicants should have qualified in Madhyamik or Equivalent examination from a recognized university or board. The women candidates who are Madhyamik pass or possessing Higher qualification only marks obtained in the Madhyamik or equivalent examination will be considered.
How to Apply:
Applicants can apply offline application proforma on or before 28.02.2018 from 11 am to 3 pm. The application may be sent by speed / registered post with acknowledgment due so as to reach the office address mentioned below. Candidate can also submit the application in the Drop-Box kept for the purpose at the concerned BDO Office or via Speed/Registered Post to their Respective Block Development Office.
Documents to be submitted with the application:
1. Self-attested photocopy of Proof of Residence Certificates (Voters Identity Card / Ration Card).
2. Self-attested photocopy of Mark Sheet of Madhyamik or equivalent examination as applicable, Mark Sheet is to be provided by the candidates even in case of failure in the exam.
3. Self-attested photocopy of SC/ST Caste Certificate, where applicable.
4. Self-attested photocopy of Experience Certificate, in case of Grade-I & Grade-II SHG members / trained dais / Link Workers.
5. Two copies of the identical passport-sized colored photos.
6. An envelope (Size 23 cm X 10 cm) with a postal stamp of Rs.5/- affixed and the full postal address of the candidate written on.
Note: The envelope containing the Application Form and enclosures must be superscripted as “Application For Engagement as ASHA, Name Sub-Centre applied for ______ and name of the area ______ “.
Mode of Selection:
Selected candidates will be based on marks obtained by the candidates in the Madhyamik Examination & Interview.
