Eligibility Criteria for Kendriya Vidyalaya Recruitment 2017
Maximum Qualification:
• For Post No. 1: Master degree in the subject with minimum 50% marks and B.Ed. from a recognised university or institution.
• For Post No. 2: Graduation in the subject with minimum 50% marks and B.Ed. from a recognised University or institution.
• For Post No. 3: (10+2) with a least 50% marks with JBT or D.Ed. not less than 02 years. Pass in the CTET conducted by the CBSE in accordance with the guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose.
• For Post No. 4: BE / B.Tech(Comp. Sc. / IT / MCA / M.Sc. (Computer Sc.) M. Sc. (Electronics with Computer Sc.).
• For Post No. 5: BCA / B.Sc. (Computer Sc.) / MCA / Bachelor degree in any science subject with PGDCA OR PG degree in any subject with PGDCA / “O” level from DOEACC / “A” level from DOEACC.
• For Post No. 6: B.P. Ed. OR University degree with recognised diploma in Physical Education.
• For Post No. 7: Degree / Diploma in recognised university or institution in the concern field.

Age Limit: The candidates age limit should be maximum 40 years for PGT, 35 years for TGT, 30 years for PRT and should be between 18 years to 60 years for Computer Instructor, Dance coach, Sport coach, Counsellor, Doctor & Nurse Posts. Age bar in the case of Retired employee of the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan for 65 years. For more details age limit and upper age limit relaxation refer the official notification.
Salary Details:
1) PGT = Rs. 27,500/- Per Month
2) TGT & Counselor = Rs. 26,250/- Per Month
3) PRT = Rs. 21,250/- Per Month
4) Computer Instructor (VI onwards) = Rs. 26,250/- (III-V) Rs. 21,250/-
5) Doctor = Rs. 1,000/- per day for minimum two hours per working day
6) Nurse = Rs. 750/- per working day
*** They are not entitled for pay during vacation / break / day of absence etc.
Mode of Selection: The candidate will be shortlisted based on the performance in Interview.
