Educational Qualification:
Various Senior Level Positions: Candidates should have passed Bachelor in Engineering/Technology (full time) preferably with an MBA / Certificate of Energy Auditor/Energy Manager from BEE./ specialization in IT/ Computer Science/ MCA (full time),CA/ICWA, Graduate with MBA (2 years full time) with specialization in HR or equivalent from a recognized University / Institution.
Various Positions: Candidates should have passed Bachelor in Engineering/Technology (full time) preferably with MBA (Marketing/Fin add) or Certificate of Energy Auditor/Energy Manager from BEE, CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance), MBA/PG/Diploma/MSW (full time) with specialization in HR from a recognized University / Institution.
Age Limit:
Candidates age should be upper limit 30 and 37 years as on 01.03.2016 for Various Positions Posts.
Candidates age should be upper limit 42, 47 and 52 years as on 01.03.2016 for Various Senior Level Positions posts.
The upper age limit is relaxation as per Govt. Rules.
