Eligibility Criteria for Kolkata Customs Recruitment 2017
Maximum Qualification: The candidates should have completed Degree from a recognised University or equivalent for Tax Assistant Post and Matriculation (10th) or equivalent from any recognised Board for MTS & Havaldar Posts.
Age Limit: The candidates age limit should be not less than 18 years and nor more than 27 years. The upper age relaxation will be permissible to reserved category applicants in accordance with Government norms.
Pay Scale: The selected candidates will get pay scale of Rs.25000 to 81100/- {Lavel-4 in the Matrix, as per CCS (Revised Pay) Rules, 2016} for Tax Assistant Post and Rs.18000 to 56900/- {Lavel-4 in the Matrix, as per CCS (Revised Pay) Rules, 2016} for Other Posts.

Eligibility Criteria for Kolkata Customs Recruitment 2017
Maximum Qualification: Form amongst petty officer and above of seaman branch in the Indian Navy or equivalent in the Coast Guard and adequate sea going small craft experience for Post No. 1, Class 8th (Eight) standard pass for Post No. 3 to 6, 10th (X) class pass or equivalent for Post No. 7 & 8. For more details educational qualification refer the official notification.
Age Limit: The candidates age limit should be not less than 18 years and not more than 30 years for Post No. 1 to 4 & 6, between 18 years to 35 years for Post No. 5 and 18 years to 25 years for Post No. 7 & 8. The upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC / ST / Central Govt. civilian employees and 03 years for OBC & Ex-serviceman.
Mode of Selection: The candidates shortlisted on basis of their performance in Written examination Test and Skill Test / Personal Interview.
