Eligibility Criteria for Manipur Forest Department Recruitment 2016
Educational Qualification:
Forester: The candidate must have passed Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Science or Engineering from any University recognized by the State Government or Central Government.
Deputy Ranger: The candidate must have passed Class XII Science or +2 Science from a recognized Board or B.Sc. Forestry from a recognized University.
Age Limit:
The candidate age limit should be not less than 18 years and not more than 38 years as on 01.08.2016 for Forester Post and should be between 21 years to 38 years as on 01.08.2016 for Deputy Ranger Post. The upper age limit shall be relaxed up to a maximum of 05 years if a candidate belongs to SC & ST and up to a maximum of 03 years if a candidate belongs to OBC.
Application Fee:
The candidates are required to pay fee of Rs.500/- (Rs.250/- for SC & ST candidates) through bank Challan in the prescribed Challan form showing the name of the candidate and transaction ID at the time of submission of applications.
Procedure of Selection:
The applicants will be selected based on their performance in the Written Exam Test, Viva voce Test, Checking of Original Documents or Certificate, Physical Test, Medical Examination Test and Merit List.
