Eligibility Criteria for UPJVNL Recruitment 2016

Educational Qualification:
The applicants should have passed HSC (10+2 Class) or equivalent examination in Hindi and Diploma Examination in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics / Control and Instrumentation / Instrumentation Engineering. For more details educational qualification refer the official notification.

Age Limit:
The applicants age limit should be not less than 18 years and not more than 40 years as on 01.07.2016. The upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC / ST / OBC category candidates.

Application Fee:
A) For the Post of Junior Engineer (Trainee):
i. Rs.700/- (For General and OBC candidates)
ii. Rs.500/- (For SC and ST candidates)

B) For the Post of Technician Grade-II:
i) Rs.600/- (For General and OBC candidates)
ii) Rs.400/- (For SC and ST candidates)

Scale of Pay:
A) For the Post of Junior Engineer (Trainee): Rs.9,300 to 34,800/- with Grade Pay of Rs.4,200/-
B) For the Post of Technician Grade-II: Rs.5,200 to 20200/- with Grade Pay of Rs.2,600/-

Procedure of Selection:
The applicants will be selected based on their performance in the written test (computer based test) and documents verification and interview.
