Eligibility Criteria For Assam Fire & Emergency Service Job 2019
Essential Academic Qualification:
The candidate should have Class-VIII (8th) passed from a recognized Board or Institution and should possess a valid driving license for Heavy Motor Vehicles (HMV) from recognized authority (Assam State only).
Driver Age Limit:
The candidate should be between 18 to 25 years as on 1st January, 2019.
Age Relaxation For Driver:
SC, ST(P) and ST(P) categories for 5 years.
OBC/MOBC categories for 3 years.
Driver Pay Scale:
Selection as Driver will be git pay scale in the Pay Band Rs.14,000/- to Rs.49,000/- plus Grade Pay Rs.5000/- per month including other allowances as admissible to the Assam State Govt. The employee from time to time.

Note: A candidate who fails to complete 1.6 Km distance within 420 seconds will be disqualified and will not be allowed to take part in subsequent tests.
