Allahabad University CRET Eligibility Criteria – AU CRET Exam 2018
Educational Qualification
> Candidates are required to have PG degree or equivalent from recognized colleges or universities.
> General/OBC category candidates have to obtain a minimum of 55% marks in the qualifying exam.
> SC/ST/VH/PH category candidates must have a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying exam.
Admission Test Fees
Candidates should have to pay Admission Test fee of Rs.1500/- for General/OBC candidates and Rs.750/- for SC/ST/PH candidates through online by HDFC Gateway Payment using Credit Card/ Debit Card or Net banking.
AU CRET Application Form
The Combined Research Entrance Test 2018 application form is available from 22.04.2018 to 16.05.2018. Candidates have to fill the necessary details as personal, academic etc in CRET online Application mode. Candidates must upload their scanned copy of signature & photograph & has to pay the application fee through online mode. After submission of AU CRET online application candidates should take a print out of the same for further reference.
Reservation of Seat
Reservation in D.Phil. Programme shall be implemented, as per MHRD/UGC directions,
Government Orders, and guidelines. There shall be reserved 15% seats for the Scheduled Caste (SC), 7.5% for the Scheduled Tribe (ST) and 27% for the Other Backward Class (OBC) Categories.
CRET Exam Syllabus & Pattern 2018
The CRET Exam 2018 is divided into two parts: Level I & Level II.
Level I of CRET-2018 Test will consist of two papers. Paper I will have 25 objective type questions of 2 marks each. Paper II will have subjective type. Questions with small, medium and large type answers: The duration of Paper I and II will be 30 min and 120 min respectively. The total marks of Paper I and II will be 50 and 250 respectively. Total marks of both papers will be 300. Both papers will be held in a single meeting.
The Level 2 Test shall entail an interview and may include Presentations, Group Discussions or other modes of appraisal and shall be administered by the Doctoral Programme Committee of the Department / Institute / Centre concerned.
CRET Admit Card 2018
The Allahabad University CRET Admit Card 2018 will be available from 23rd May 2018 in the official website of Allahabad University i.e. auadmissions.com or www.allduniv.ac.in. The CRET Admit Card 2018 will contain the candidate’s name, application no, registration no, address, exam date, time, venue & other exam details. So it is mandatory for candidates to carry their admit card to the examination center.
CRET Result 2018
The Allahabad University CRET Result 2018 will be declared on 2nd week of August 2018 in the official website of Allahabad University. To check CRET Result 2018 candidates need to enter their Application no. & Password/DOB details. Selected candidates will get chance to take admission in D.Phil. Programme.
