CUCET Exam Date 2018 – Eligibility, Application Form & Exam Pattern: Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET) is an all-India level entrance exam conducted by the ten central universities and Dr. B. R. Ambedkar School of Economics (BASE) for admission in UG, PG and Ph.D. courses offered in these institutions. CUCET 2018 Application Form last date has been extended. CUCET exam 2018 is a gateway to get admission in central universities of Haryana, Jharkhand, Kashmir, Punjab, Tamil Nadu, Jammu, Karnataka, South Bihar, Kerala and Rajasthan. The Central Universities Common Entrance Test will be held on 28th & 29th April 2018.

Eligibility Criteria for CUCET 2018 Examination – CUCET Admission 2018
Educational Qualification
For B.Tech Course: Candidates who have passed class XII standard or equivalent examination conducted by CBSE or equivalent boards & should have minimum 50% marks in aggregate are eligible for apply B.Tech Course.
For M.Tech Course: Candidates who have passed B.Tech./B.E. or M.C.A or M.sc. degree from the recognized university & should have at least 60% marks (Gen/OBC) & 55% marks (SC/ST/PWD category) are eligible to apply for M.Tech Course.
For MBA Course: Candidates who have Bachelor’s Degree of at least three years duration from a recognized University and should have minimum 50% marks (Gen/OBC) & 45% marks (SC/ST/PWD category) are eligible to apply For MBA Course.
Application Fee
For General/ OBC Candidates: Rs.800/-
For Sc/St candidates: Rs.350/-
PWD Candidates: Nil
> The fee can be paid by debit/credit card/net banking or challan of any branch of SBI bank
> GST & other taxes as applicable by Government of India/ Bank.
> The PWD candidates are exempted from application fee.
CUCET Application Form 2018
Eligible candidates can get CUCET Application Form 2018 only in the official website of CUCET i.e. cucetexam.in. The CUCET Application form has been released on 19th February 2018. The last date to fill & submit the application will be extended up to 2nd April 2018. Fill the mandatory details in the application such as personal, academic, communication & many others. Upload the scanned images of latest photograph and signature. Make the application fee payment through online or offline mode. After submission of application form candidates don’t forget to take a printout of the filled application form and keep it safe for future references.
CUCET Exam Pattern 2018
> There will be Multiple Choice Questions will be asked in the examination.
> Exam Duration will be 2 hours.
> The exam will be organized in Offline mode.
> Three marks will be given for each for each correct answer.
> One mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
> The exam Will be conducted in OMR Pattern.
> The exam will be conducted in two parts i.e. Part A & part B
Part A: This section contains the following subjects: English Language, General Awareness, Mathematical Aptitude and Analytical Skills – comprising of 25 MCQs.
Part B: Domain Knowledge – comprising of 75 MCQs. This part may consist of one/two/three or more sections. Each section can have 25 or more questions. A candidate is required to answer a set of ‘X’ sections (75 questions) as specified on the front cover of the Test Question Booklet. However, he/she must ensure that he/she fills right circles in the OMR Sheet corresponding to the question numbers attended.
CUCET Exam Syllabus 2018
The CUCET Exam Syllabus 2018 will vary according to the courses selected by the students. The CUCET Syllabus has been divided into two parts like Part A & Part B. Part A will consist of English Language, General Awareness, Mathematical Aptitude and Analytical Skills subjects & Part B will have topics from the domain or courses selected by the students.
CUCET Admit Card 2018
Candidates who will apply successfully for CUCET Exam 2018 can download their CUCET 2018 Admit Card from the official website of CUCET i.e. cucetexam.in from 13th April 2018. To download CUCET Admit Card candidates need to enter their login details. CUCET Admit Card will contain the candidate’s name, Roll no. Exam Date, Time & Venue & Other exam details. So it is mandatory for candidates to carry their admit card to the examination center.
CUCET Result 2018
The CUCET Exam Result 2018 will declare in the official website of CUCET i.e. cucetexam.in on 25th May 2018. All candidates who will appear on CUCET Exam 2018 can check their CUCET Result 2018 from the official website by entering their application ID & password/date of birth details. CUCET Result are prepared by the authorities on the basis of marks obtained by candidates in the written entrance exam.
CUCET Counselling 2018
The counselling process will be commenced after the release of Merit List. Candidates can participate in the counselling process as per their rank in the merit list. During the counselling process, candidates have to fill their preferences of colleges & courses. Seats will be allotted as per the rank, choices filled and seats availability. Candidates must bring their documents at the time of document verification.
