Educational Qualification
A candidate may be admitted to the first year of 3-Year B.A./B.Sc. (Honours/General) courses of studies on passing H.S. (10 + 2) Examination in General or Vocational Stream conducted by West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (W.B.C.H.S.E.) or an equivalent examination conducted by other State Board/Council such as All India Boards/Councils (i.e, C.B.S.E., I.S.C.) or Rabindra Mukta Vidyalaya or National Open School recognized by the Distant Learning Council.
For Honours Courses: For admission to the Honours course, aggregate marks shall be calculated by adding the marks in the top 4 subjects in order of marks secured by a candidate. Marks in Environmental Education/studies or Environmental Science will not be taken into consideration.
Marks Required for Honours Degree: 50% marks in aggregate with 45% marks in the subject or related subject at the previous qualifying examination OR 55% marks in the subject or related subject at the previous qualifying examination and pass marks in aggregate OR 50% marks in aggregate in case the candidate opting Honours in the subject which is not included in her previous qualifying examination.
Application Fee
Applicants should have to submit the application fee of Rs.100/- at any branch of Bank of Baroda using the Printed challan which will be available after successful submission of Online Application Form.
