DLSA Nadia Recruitment 2019 – Eligibility Criteria
Para Legal Volunteer Qualification:
The applicant should be literate, preferably Madhyamik or its equivalent with a capacity for overall comprehension.
Note:
(i) 3 nos. of applicants who has residence / accommodation in the territorial jurisdiction of Kalyani Court,
(ii) 3 nos of applicants who has residence / accommodation in the territorial jurisdiction of Ranaghat Court,
(iii) 2 nos of applicants who has residence / accommodation in the territorial jurisdiction of Tehatta Court and
(iv) 2 nos of applicants who has residence / accommodation in the territorial jurisdiction of Krishnagar Court will be preference.
PLV Age Limit:
Selection of Para Legal Volunteer should not be less than 18 years as on the date of advertisement.
DLSA PLV (Para Legal Volunteer) Salary:
Selection of Para Legal Volunteers (PLVs) will be received Rs.500/- per day for duty assigned for rendering services. The PLVs work does not carry any salary, remuneration or wages except the aforementioned salary.

The willing and suitable candidates may be sent their filled up application form with self-attested copies of certificates in respect of age, qualification and proof of residence along with work experience (if any), two numbers of passport size photographs and one self addressed envelope affixing postage stamp of Rs.5/- addressed to “The Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Nadia” from 02.04.2019 (10:00 AM) and 18.04.2019 (5:00 PM).
