Educational Qualification:
Candidates shall be able to read & write Bengali or Nepali & have passed class VIII from any Govt. recognised institution / Electrical Certificates from any ITI recognized by the Govt. & the educational qualification of class VIII pass from any Govt. recognized institution / passed 10th or equivalent examination from any board recognized by the Govt., 80 words per minute stenography speed & English typing speed of 30 words per minute & Bengali typing speed shall be 20 words per minute & knowledge of working with Computers.
Age Limit & Relaxation:
Candidates age limit should be between 18 to 40 years as on 01.11.2017. The upper age limit & relaxation as per Govt. norms.
