Eligibility Criteria for ISI Admission 2018 – UG, PG & JRF Courses
Educational Qualification:
For B.Stat (Hons)/B.Math (Hons): Candidates should have passed 12th or its equivalent. (Subjects – Mathematics & English).
For M.Math: 3 year Bachelor degree in Mathematics/ BE, B.Tech with mathematics/ B.Stat from ISI.
For M.Tech (CS): Master degree in Mathematics/ Statistics/ IT/ Physics/ Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Electronic Science or BE/ B.Tech or equivalent.
For M.Tech (QRQO): Mater degree in Statistics/ Master degree in Maths with Probability and Statistics/ BE/ B.Tech or equivalent.
Subjects: Must have passing marks in Chemistry & Physics at 12th level/ Mathematics at graduation level.
For MS (QE): 3year Bachelor degree in Maths, Eco, Stats & Physics/ B.Stat from ISI/ B.E or B.Tech.
For MS (QMS): 3years Bachelor degree in Mathematics/ B.E or B.Tech.
Selection Procedure:
Selection of candidates will be based on their performance in Written Tests and Interviews conducted by the Institute subject to satisfying the minimum academic qualification.
Application Fee:
Candidates should have to pay Rs.1000/- for General candidates & Rs.500/- for reserved (OBC-NCL/SC/ST/PWD) candidates for all programmes. For online application, the application fee will be collected through the State Bank of India Collect website from 09.02.2018 to 11.03.2018. The payment can be made using NetBanking, Debit/ Credit Card or through Challan for cash payment at the SBI Branch.
ISI Application Form:
ISI Registration 2018 will start from 7th February 2018. The application will be available through online mode from 07.02.2018 to 09.03.2018. Before applying candidates should read carefully the application procedure. After submission of online application candidates should take a printout of the application form for further reference.
ISI Exam Pattern
>> The examination will be conducted in two sections i.e. Section-1 and Section-2.
>> Type of Question: There will be MCQ and descriptive questions will be asked in the examination.
>> Exam Duration: The exam duration will be two hours for each section.
>> Forenoon Test will have Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ)
>> Afternoon Test will have Descriptive Type Questions
>> B.Stat and B.Maths Paper will have both Objective and subjective type questions on their entrance tests.

ISI Admit Card 2018
The ISI Hall Ticket 2018 will be released from 11th April 2018. Candidates who will apply successfully for the ISI Entrance exam 2018 can download their ISI Call Letter 2018 from the official website of ISI i.e. www.isical.ac.in. Admit card will not be provided through offline mode. The admit card will contain candidates name, roll number, Exam date, venue & other exam details. So it is mandatory to bring the admit card at the examination centre.
ISI Result 2018
Candidates who will appear in the written exam can check their result from official website of ISI. ISI 2018 result will be declared in the month of June 2018. Candidates are advised to keep a printout of the result and preserve it for future use.
