Educational Qualification:
Candidates should have passed Higher Secondary or equivalent examination with 50% in Science (General / Vocational) stream having both Physics & Mathematics any board/council of the state of West Bengal will be preferred. Candidates must have at least 06 months training on Computer Application from any recognized institute. Candidates should Health to do outdoor jobs & a resident of this Gram Panchayat.

Age Limit & Relaxation:
Candidates age should not below 35 years as on 23.10.2017. The upper age relaxation as per Govt. norms.

Scale of Pay:
Eligible & selected candidates receive their remuneration of Rs. 7000/- per month. On completion of training within one year their contractual remuneration will be enhanced to Rs. 7500/- per month, as amended up to the date.

Mode of Selection:
Gram Panchayat will forward the names of all those, who will apply & have the relevant qualifications, to the PO&BDO. PO&BDO will verify the eligibility of the GP in getting the services of GRS & will also verify the qualifications on of applicants to select the most qualified one & will permit the Gram Panchayat to engage the person on one year contract. The most qualified person will be selected in terms of number scored in the HS examination.

Applicants can apply offline application format on or before 06.11.2017 at 5 pm. Applications will be submitted in the drop box kept at this address to the Pradhan, Silampur-I & Kaliachak-II Gram Panchayat, Malda along with the attested copy of the following documents.

1. Self-attested photocopies of Technical & Educational Qualifications (Mark Sheets & Certificates).
2. Self-attested photocopies of Age Proof document (Admit Card / Birth Certificate).
2. Self-attested photocopies Proof of Residence Certificates (EPIC & Ration Card).
4. 02 attested passport size recent photographs (if applicable).
