Educational Qualification:
Candidates should have passed a Graduate in any discipline, Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant / additional qualification/experience in CAIIB / GDC&A / Diploma in Cooperative Banking / Diploma in Cooperative Business Management / IT experience in Banking/experience in Cooperative Management. Candidates should have minimum 15 years experience in banking with 8 years experience in senior/middle / Management of the Bank, good communication skills – oral & written, good management skills & knowledge in Marathi is essential.
Age Limit & Relaxation:
Candidates should have between 40 to 55 years of age as on 01.09.2017. No relaxation to any category.
Selection Process:
Candidates selection will be through the interview only. A preliminary screening of the applications by screening committee will be carried out of making, a shortlist of eligible candidates to be called for the interview.
Pay Scale & Allowances:
Eligible & selected candidates receive their remuneration of Rs. 40,000 – 3000 – 49,000 – 4000 – 61,000 – 5000 – 76,000/- plus DA,HA, VDA, CCA, Medical allowances, Newspaper allowances as per rules in force from time to time. At present, the gross monthly emoluments for the post are approximately Rs. 1,31,000/-.
