Educational Qualification:
For LDC: Candidates should have knowledge in type-writing in English & Computer knowledge & also at least a Certificate in Computer Training from a recognized Institution are compulsory.
For Stenographer Grade-II ( Grade-C ): A minimum speed @80 wpm in short hand & a minimum speed @30 wpm in typing from an eligible manuscript in English for 10 minutes & also at least a Certificate in Computer Training from a recognized Institution & a satisfactory fingering speed in Computer Operations are required.
For Process-Server / Group-D ( Peon, Night Guard, Farash ): The candidate must have class-VIII pass Certificate from any recognized School or recognized Madrasah or any other recognized equivalent Institution. However, for the post of a gardener, a Certificate is required regarding the experience of the candidate in gardening.
For Sweeper, Gardener: The candidate must have the capability of reading & writing.
Age Limit & Relaxation:
Candidates age limit should not less than 18 years & not less than 40 years as on 01.07.2017 for all categories of posts, relaxation of age limit for 05 years in case of candidates belonging to SC & ST category & 03 years in case of OBC-A & OBC-B category. The upper age limit in case of PH candidates is 45 years.
Scale of Pay:
Eligible & selected candidates receive their remuneration of Rs. 7100 – 37,600/- with GD of Rs. 3900/- for Stenographer Grade-II, Rs. 5400 – 25,200/- with GD of Rs. 2600/- for LDC & Process-Server & Rs. 4900 – 16,200/- with GD of Rs. 1700/- for Group-D posts & other allowances as per Govt. norms.
